CSCS Card - Level 1 Award - Health and Safety in the Construction Industry
This is a 1 day course held in Glasgow at a cost of £120 This course is ideal for the CSCS GREEN Labourers card.
This course will enable delegates to have a better appreciation of aspects of health and safety within the building and construction industry and prepares them for The CITB/SQA Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment.
The course includes the following four main sections:
- Principles of Risk Assessment for Maintaining and Improving Health & Safety at Work
- Safe Manual Handling in the Workplace
- Working Safely at Height in the Workplace
- Risks to Health within a Construction Environment -Working Safely around Plant and Equipment
